v1.4 - AiR BALL - Playdate game

Another update for today - This one adds sound, a high score system, and some graphics. Also allows you to press A to restart the game after losing.

Full change-log:

• Add screw-thread graphics for paddle, controlled by the crank
• "Press A to restart" on game over scree
• High score saved across gameplay sessions
• Basic sounds for ball bouncing and game over / new high score diddy
