Robot patrols appear from level 4 onward.
Removed the command to speak number of remaining robots.
Added ability to disable graphics rendering completely.
Fixed flickering graphics.
Linux builds now use a more modern OpenAL build that resolves some audio issues.
Focus handling should behave better when entering or backing out of submenus.
A physics-related crash now includes more details in the failure message to (hopefully) make tracking it down easier.
