v0.4.1 engine update, new locomotion and more bug fixes
- Added some notes in the starting room
- Hiding exit now done with the Action button
- Doses amount increased to 5 (was 3)
- New locomotion to fix several issues, like flying down stairs and moving faster in diagonal
- Psycho nurse no longer see, attack and walk through doors
- Increased reflection in the vent
