Dashingson - More levels and lots of other changes

Hi there!

I've made tons of changes to the game. There are now more levels, there is a missing coin in each level (optional to collect) and I've added menus etc.

The game is still in development but if you like it so far then please let me know. A rating and/or comment is free :)
