Version 1.2 released!

This version has some minor changes:
- Removed the Virtual Gamepad Demo, since it is available separately, cutting down the download size
- Changed the Default style font
- Added designations for the shoulder buttons, L1, L2, R1, R2
- Changed the designations for L3 and R3
- Changed the naming scheme of the theme files to be more consistent
- Updated the manual to reflect the changes
