Open World Shutter Launch Fixes

Hi all! 

Thank you for the feedback so far! Will continue to update the tool to make it easier to use. Here are some fixes for the new version: 

• Fixed UI DPI issue on monitors with specific resolutions
• Fixed issue where you had to press key multiple times while on manual and low quality in order to stop the exposure
• Fixed sources of different crashes
• Fixed issue of screenshotting specific window on low quality mode
• Made default auto save photos / low quality 
• Updated ReadMe with more info regarding known issues
