Build 180422
- Fixed a missing mesh preventing the stock map from starting
- Navpoints (currently added two static ones for maps 0 and 1) that can be seen in both AR HUD mode as a marker, and normal one as a green arrow. Never be afraid to wander too far off the actual map structures anymore :)
- Shield visual feedback (both aesthetics and also a neat visual cue a wave has been failed and is restarting, as in case of getting shot at the effect is much more pronounced)
- Fixed a shader loading condition check initializing a shader that will not run for the given graphics settings. For some will save like half a second during the first run, and a few kilobytes of RAM, hurray :)
