Update 1.3

Update 1.3:

 - Wilted Clover Charm now uses the correct icon.

 - A certain secret area can't be skipped halfway through now.

 - Fixed certain issues in the aforementioned secret area.

 - Fixed a few more spelling errors.

 - The Broken Ankh item has an icon now.

 - The icons for Andrew's water spell looks more like a drop now.

 - Increased the damage of create drift, and gave it a hidden boost to how fast it is used.

 - Increased Necromancer's spell costs, and decreased the skill costs.

 - Build Dual Stairs has an animation now.

 - Link now also doubles attack for 1 turn, along with the speed boost.
