DEMO 2 UPDATE 2 (MAJOR)

Dear Daisy, Demo 2
A downloadable Dear Daisy, for Windows

Hello again! I know it's been some time, but, I'm back at it! Yes, I was gone, however, I'm back. I had some personal issues to attend to, and also there were some big delays and even bigger decisions to make.

So, First off, the ENTIRE story of "Dear Daisy," is getting restructured - how the player starts, how everything is revealed to the player, and even some changes to the story itself - I'm writing it all down, but I'm having troubles with ideas. Secondly, the game will now be in VR, although other devices will be implemented IF the game takes off - or, even if it doesn't take off, I will probably make a PC port. Thirdly, I am having an issue with modeling. I have no idea how to model things and I am VERY sick of stealing assets from the asset store. With this new VR implementation, (and yes I have a VR headset and experience in developing games in VR), It has to look unique. It has to look like someone - maybe not professional - but someone good made it. I am no good at modeling, I have tried countless times and I still can't figure it out. Stealing assets is a problem because those are other people's work! And having a bunch of different people's assets jumbled up into one game is confusing to both the player and I. I am desperate for a modeler. I can't pay anyone, mostly because this is a $0 budget game, BUT if you want to do a little modeling for fun and know how to do it at least decently (you know, able to make a few props) I will gladly add you to the team! Which, isn't really a team right now but I'd like to form one. I definitely need help. Yes, in theory I could do it by myself, but I have a limited time to do this (very long story) and I feel less selfish by including other people in the development of this game. I literally do not need anyone BUT a modeler.

As a side note - I take this game VERY seriously. All my other games (like Mortalius for instance) were just stupid little experiments that I was messing around with - these 4 years of Unity have been tough, restarting project after project. But on this one I am determined to make a FULL game. A FULL story. And it won't even be that long.

Anyways, I apologize for not updating you sooner. Personal issues which I'd rather not specify have got in the way. I know I don't exactly have enough players to actually be talking to anyone right now, but I'm sure to a very small amount of people this post is important. It is definitely important for me. Thank you for reading this update and playing my game!
