Build 0.2

Ah, finally! Build 0.2 is here! This one was a challenge. I spent hours going through code to find a compromise for specific features to work. 

Here are the new features.

• Completely reworked intro sequence
• Point and click elements
• Toolbar, featuring a map, book, and bag
• Currency system
• New dialogue and CG

Keep in mind, I know that when you do get to that point, It's not an apple, but just pretend, until I get an apple. Thank you ~Sophia
