v1.0.0 release of Give Up the Ghost

This is the first release of Give Up the Ghost: a puzzle checklist. I hope you enjoy it!

• a pure puzzle game; no reflexes needed
• runs directly in a browser
• 50 mind-bending levels each with unique ideas -- no filler!

I do not currently have a Mac or Linux machine and will look into releasing executable versions for those platforms.
