- Fixed issue with water beams colliding with multiple objects at the same time

- Added new variants of moving platforms: wood boxes and metal boxes, the latter sinking in water and being unaffected by saws and drills
- Added the ability to dash grip on moving platforms
- Moving platforms can be pushed by dashing into them (including while airborne)
- Changed several velocity and friction values for moving platforms
- Added coyote frames to inheriting speed from a moving platform you leave

- Changed moving platform behavior when the player is sandwiched - the outcome depends on the moving platform's type
