April update: multi-touch control, sounds...!

Spent the last month on getting multi-touch with floating joystick to work... 

Thanks to Wishforge@ and VictrisGames@ that got me through it all.  

Also added music and some [arguably annoying] sound effects :p

parallex effect, better pause menu... special attack now has animation!
