0.9.2b Released

This will be the final feature update to the Itch.io version. I will still maintain this version and make sure it works if anything changes in the future.
The Steam release will contain all future updates from now on.

• Updated the Gelbooru website handler to use its new API.
• Fixed a minor oversight that could have caused the program to crash.
