NeptuneOS 1.2
Changelog:
Added Setup
Added boot menu
Added OOBE(more or less)
Added ability to install ConstructOS with NeptuneOS iso install method using an iso filled with specific info about the OS which is used to identify and install it.
Fixed some bugs.
