Gravestone Keep version 2.0 (minor updates)

Version 2.0 includes some minor changes to Gravestone Deep, mainly in response to a few points raised in the tenfootpole review.

Changes:

• Marketing blurb on the cover rewritten from the original "joke" blurb imitating the language of the Wavestone Keep blurb, to one more reflective of the actual content
• Map and room entries numbered
• Crow Lady entry revised to be more interactive
• Various small mistakes corrected and language cleaned up
