Support Zeppelins for the Expansion goal:

Current concept:

• 100 drones, same as main Zeppelin
• more cargo space
• require chemical fuel
• no internal electricity generation
• no logistic drone assist mode
• designed for remote outpost construction
• potentially attached to a home-hangar (return home when idle?)
