PBD Update 1.00a

Hey everyone, I updated the build to fix some major and minor bugs:

• Loading error where data wasn't consistently loading at the beginning of the game, causing items to not spawn, or get sent to the wrong checkpoint after death
• Enemies not spawning or re-spawning
• Dinx doesn't save when she first takes a picture during the camera introduction
• Spring Sporb doesn't have a shake prompt
