The source code for The Anarchic Kingdom has been uploaded to Github. If you're curious about how the game works, you can browse the source code at its Github repository. If you want to tinker with the game mechanics or create your own variant, you're welcome to clone or fork the repository and have at it!
The Github repository is at https://github.com/cyningstan/anarchic. The README file tells you how to build the project on your own system, including obtaining the CGALIB Graphics Library source code which is also available there.
