My PayPal Error(Answer In Comments)

I have been trying to take my payout but I cant because it just keeps on showing an error, My payout was sent but it says "The receiver's email is unconfirmed. Payments will be returned if they are not claimed within 30 days" I don't know anything about paypal I don't use it normally if you know anything please tell me.
