The locale owner of the clothing shop is becoming open for perusal. Rutherfurd Burton, part of the Burton's lineage. While he may be a noble of the highest prestige, it doesn't mean his ranking has gone to his head.
And just because he's a noble, doesn't mean he likes everything to be so uptight. In fact, he's pretty loose once you get to know him. Just make sure you have a reputation first to catch his eye, or else how will he be able to differ you from evey other traveler?
Next up, totally going to update a character. There's still 6 more characters left to add, but doesn't hurt to give some new content else where as well!
