Update: Play examples!

Hello everyone!

This update incorporates some of the feedback that I've received recently. Most notably, it includes two extended examples of play:

• Ash, the occultist, generating a destiny deck.
• Using her destiny deck in play and developing it further.

There are a few other minor things I clarified/moved around to answer some common questions I received:

• Clarified that Discover a Thread cards prompt you to make that move when drawn.
• Made the trigger for +1/-1 progress slightly harder to distinguish from the momentum trigger.
• Added a caveat that if you ever run out of cards, you should discover a thread each time you would draw one.
• Removed the version number from the footer.
• Other minor cleanups I've probably already forgotten about.
