Android Release + UI Update

Valkryrie Dungeon R released for Android devices. In order for the game to be playable, the UI have to be changed. Now the character has directional buttons where to move. I added an Options menu to be disable Sound/Music and in the Gallery I changed the girl's portraits to have an ahegao expression. I also added tweaks to the sprite effects when taking damage.
