Working on Diplomacy

This week has been all about blocking out the various UI elements of the upcoming Diplomatic system, like the diplomatic event card and of the empire relationship scala. 

The relationship scala indicating how the empires feel toward each other and the available diplomatic tools at their disposal. 

Implemented a diplomatic event system that under various circumstances spawns a diplomatic event card for the player to interact with. 

In essence if something happens that has any diplomatic relevance the system provides the player with a tool to express its opinion on the situation effecting the relationship between empires.  

These interactions either generate a positive or negative change in relations or can be ignored indicating an agreement toward the status quo.

Watching AltRon's playthroughs I have realized that his choice of star chart colour did not effected the solar system's border nebula so I quickly remedied the issue. 

I am still working out how exactly thinks going to work, so this was just for showing off the work being done on the UI front, the details will be explained later in upcoming posts.
