Updating from v1.7 to v1.8

I just added BCG R v1.8 to this title's list of files. This will be the first of (hopefully) more small updates with various editorial corrections and additional art. Here's a summary of changes:

• Corrections to over 40 paragraphs that had typos, grammatical errors, confusing, unclear or inconsistent use of rules terminology, and the like.
• A handful of new art pieces where there used to be empty white spaces.
• An important clarification (enough to merit its own entry in the list) explicitly saying that losing the fourth Level of Threshold does not give a Genre Point. The entry in the Troubleshooting section implying otherwise has been amended as well.
• Edit: Oh right. I also added the Character and Mecha Sheets as a separate download.
