Hi, folx. Did a quick update to the files. Two changes:
1) Horatio Von Becker reported that the Factions|Puppet Rulers table was duplicated where the Object of Conflict|Priceless Treasure table should have been. I fixed that.
2) I added PDF bookmarks.
There will be another update in the nebulous-but-near future with a print friendlier layout and which fixes accessibility issues.
Also, a big hello and thank you to everyone who downloaded this as part of the Bundle for Ukraine! I hope you enjoy the game. :)
