Latest game update
Added a progress bar for riders machine combined XP in race view.
Added a rider mentality option RM, E-Easy, S-Steady, P-Push.
Option to praise or criticise your riders performance when they return to the pits, riders react differently depending on what they feel they can achieve.
Changed layout of engine mode buttons EM, function is the same for 3 engine modes 1,2 and 3 where 1 is lowest power and 3 is highest, higher engine power puts more load on the engine and increases engine wear.
Lap time display in race view now shows combined laptimes in FP2 & FP3 rather than the times for that session.
