New feature: Load table from code

You can now paste code in the code field and load the table from that, instead of redo your table everytime you open the editor.

Smaller updates:

• The Table preview has changed name from "Edit table"
• Some light cleaning in the JavaScript
• The editor is now running in fullscreen, to not hide parts of it
