The only real change from 0.34 is some typo fixes and a few visual tweaks.
If you're coming from the initial public test release though, the next chapter has been added, as well as various quality improvements for a more pleasant and comfortable experience.
The next public update is most likely going to be the completed 1.0 version of this episode, which should be completed sometime in June.
