Adding a new type of enemy and changing the spawn system had interesting consequences on the gameplay, we might try to add additional enemy types to find a point were it "breaks". The new spawn system might suffer a bit from starvation, even though it has been limited. From a design perspective, I feel that some more depth is missing in the gameplay, we might characterize each enemy with its own AI (ranged, dasher, chaser) before deciding to tweak the game mechanics.
Also, the oven looks like a TV when its upside down.
