It's been awhile since I've decided to work on this project again but here I am. I worked hard changing a lot of things and adding new content.
Stage 2:
-Added signs that act as another NPC
-Spikes that destroy Chip. Obstacles basically.
-Loads of secret routes
-Sideways vines for more vine climbing adventures
-Clouds (Not yet accessible)
-Three types of enemies (Not yet accessible)
-Wood backgrounds for trees. Prettier aesthetic
Changes/Fixes (There's a whole lot):
-Spent hours changing out all the text systems. They were blurry but now should be sharp.
-Went back and added a bonus flag to the first stage
-Added wood backgrounds to the first stage
-Updated the introduction screen so it's not blurry. My name is also switched back to Fweddle
-Fixed text boxes for NPCS. If NPC is on the edge of the screen the box will move into a more suitable location
-Changed the particles for Chip dying. They are now bananas.
Planned Content:
-Stage 3
-Bonus Stages
-Backgrounds for all the stages
-Story elements / Cutscenes
-More art elements and decorative content
-Alternating sound tracks
-Sounds for mushrooms and vines (quiet sounds)
We'll see how long it takes me to roll out the next big update.
