Fixes! I need fixes!

Based on valued feedback, I've made some changes:

Capital Letters no longer required! I had intended to implement a good subset of the Nethack key commands, which assigned a lot of special meanings to lowercase and uppercase letters. Unfortunately, I never implemented most of them, so now 'P' and 'W' can be in either upper or lower case.

The second tutorial wasn't really explicit about how to play it. I have put complete instructions in the tutorial, but if you're having issues, type 'K' -- upper or lower case, and it will advance you to the first procedurally generated room.

I have updated the Trinket.io version with these fixes so that you can play it in your browser at a somewhat lower resolution. If it crashes, please try again. I don't know what the issue is. I have my suspicions, but it is not easy to debug on Trinket. Here's the link to play in the browser.
