The turn system will now cope with player attacks.
I've also added the enemy moving into the system - but, for the moment, the player is controlling that movement.
Next: I wanted to put off worrying about AI until later. But I'm going to make the enemy randomly choose moving or waiting for now so that I can complete the player-world loop.
Note: No new build for this update. I want to wait until I get the turn system finished first.
