Well, I don't know how many people will see this before next Sunday (3/13/22), but I'd just like to say that I went completely overboard and wrote four more songs for Duo Dividum, as the title suggests:

It's past the submission deadline for the OST Composing Jam (and I had already reached the runtime limit anyway), so these won't be released until after the jam is over. I just wanted to flesh out the OST with some of the concepts I had in mind when originally writing the music, and I'm glad to say that I'm very happy with the way they turned out. In a sense, this whole project has been a bit of an experiment with what I call "pleasant dissonance," or dissonance that improves the composition and sounds nice, and I really ran with that idea in these last tracks. Don't worry, there's still an abundance of harmony, so you're not going to hate the music entirely (I hope).
Also, if you like what you hear, feel free to check out my Youtube channel! I post things there which don't necessarily pertain to gaming, and who knows? You might find a piece to add to a playlist or something. Idk. I'm currently working on an orchestral rock suite based on the current conflict in Ukraine, which, while the inspiration is undoubtedly tragic, has been really enjoyable to write.
