0.3.2 Update

This update changes the control scheme for keyboard players a little bit

• WASD is now supported
• Crtl is no longer the attack button and has been replaced by X and . (period) since CRTL + W closes the browser window ;P
• Dialogs can now be forwarded by using either the jump or attack input
