You wished for it and now you got it.
It's possible to switch perspectives now. Want to play like an old RPG you can still do it and it's still the default. You want to play Vertical like classic chess games, yes you can do that too. But I have to say beforehand, that the ingame ui still does not fit that style. But thats a problem for a future me.
