0.23 Waitress stuff

So, the waitress job is getting a bit of a makeover in this update. First of all, the interview to get the job is a bit more involved now. (This is true for all of the jobs actually!). During the day, you have a chance to ask Karl Van Horn some stuff when you wait on him. And finally, on Friday besides the makeover, you also get a chance to ask Lou some questions players have probably wanted to ask for a while! There are some prices to pay however. And there is also a big choice that comes after this which impacts the future of working with Lou!
