Week 1 Fixes

Hi everyone! Fixing a couple mistakes:

• The list of bookmarks inside the spreads version of the PDF is now fixed and organized.
• There is now a second file of just pages, without the spreads.

We're still working on playsheets and resources for play, but we should have those done soon and we'll add them here.
