It’s been close to 2 months since I switched focus to writing tests and there hasn’t been a lot of visible progress to the game, but rest assured I was hard at work in the background.
I was writing tests exclusively for 2-3 weeks and then about a month ago, I decided it was high time to start working on the third and final act.
Unfortunately a whole new act needs quite a lot of “front-loaded” work and I cannot release quick content updates as I’m working on it. An act needs what I call M.V.C. or Minimum Viable Content. I.e. it needs an amount of available content so that someone playing it, does not always encounter the same torment or event all the time.

Ultimately I am looking for at least the same amount of content for each Act.
Acts 1 & 2 have close to these amounts already.
My plan is to continue working on it in the next few weeks and keep releasing a drip of content while fleshing out Act3. This will also allow people to play through what I have and give some suggestions for balancing etc.
With the third act, the game as a whole has reached MVC status as well. It can now be played start-to-finish in a rewarding experience. Naturally the UI, Art and Writing need a ton more work, but the framework of the game is certainly playable.
