Update 0.6 - Documentation

This updates is mainly a reorganization of the package. Now the package comes with a tech documentation located at TopDownController2D/Documentation/tech_documentation.pdf. This documentation contains in-depth explanations of some parts of the package, like how to create a character or showing how to add new content working with this package.
