Robo-Nanny: Mac Edition is officially out in beta thanks to Wineskin! No, it's not a native Mac app, but it at least works and has modding functionality. Sorry this took so long; blame Mac OS X or Clickteam Fusion, your choice.
Known issues: the initial logos are slow to display due to the graphics implementation.
