Added some more weapons and some extra settings.

This version includes some more weapons and the rules for running Bitpunk NEO RPG in a post-apocalyptic setting and a pre-industrial setting.  It describes one pre-industrial setting, the Eight Lands of Trevas, a medieval dark fantasy setting.
