Update - Feb 28 2022 - Fallout & Rules Reference

Two main items in today's update:

• I've put together a single-page reference for the basic rules. It's modeled after the reference used in Heart — with a few minor adjustments. Hopefully this will be sufficient until I've done a full writeup of the rules.
• I've completed the section including all of the example Fallouts. It's a lot. With nine different resistances, and three levels of fallout, I ended up writing a whole bunch. And they're just examples — you can make up your own Fallout as you see fit. Still, they're a lot of fun, and hopefully give a good sense of the danger your characters can be in. The Resistance system is about what you have to lose — with these fallouts, you'll see that there's a lot you can lose
