WebGL V3 Build Feature
-Clean up and improve the Exploration Gameloop
-There are 3 unique "space", Empty, Encounter, and Point of Interest
-You can always revist the Point of interest once its discovered
-Current point of interest is a Jump Gate.
-Clean up and bring back weapon loot drop function to the combat
-Added 3 different weapon type.
-Clean up the Ship Repair function, in which will use credits
-Back end game optimization and UI clean up
