Been a busy week in the real world, so this update’s 2 weeks from the last, rather than 1 week.
Gameplay Changes (Balance and stuff)
## Balance Changes
Shooter
- Base damage increased from 200 to 500
- Base fire rate decreased from 1.2 to 1.1
Slow
- Can’t slow enemies more than 20% of their original movements speed (the effect is capped at an 80% reduction)
Stun
- Now has a % chance to apply
Levels:
- I - 7% chance to stun the enemy in place for 0.25s
- II - 15% chance to stun the enemy in place for 0.5s
Sniper
- Tweaked som damage values so it packs a bit more of a punch
Levels:
- I (Smasher) - Damage buff increased from 100% to 110%
- I (Shooter) - Damage buff increased from 100% to 120%
Velocity
- Now also increases fire rate
Levels:
- I - Range increase reduced from 10% to 7%, but now increases fire rate by 7%
- II - Range increase reduced from 15% to 12%, but now increases fire rate by 12%
Bugs
Fixed
- If you play the game offline, you no longer get errors about the scoreboard
Other Changes
- We got some new branding! New logo and word mark should be visible both on site and in-game!
- Burn, Execute and Stun now have cool icons like the rest of the modules
- Most significantly, the project now has style guidelines for contributing, so there’s a lot of work behind creating them and making sure the project matches it.
