Hello there! Once again a new devlog this week, it'll likely be a simple one.
This past week was quite busy and riddled with real life situations to resolve, but fortunately I made some progress!
I also corrected a handful of CGs and character sprites!
Kaori's face is hard to get to look consistent.
I always think that there wasn't much progress in the previous week until I list things out and see there was actually progress, just not any that I took notes on. Outside of these changes from the past week, for example, I also did some 3d animation loops and a couple sketches. All that stuff's either scattered or is meant for private work with colleagues however, so there's not much that's public.
Speaking of private work with colleagues, I'll be taking the next week off of drawing to instead dedicate it to saving up health on my drawing arm (and back, and wrist, and neck, and shoulder, and oh god it all hurts) and to writing and programming the good stuff that's coming up in chapter 3! So when I do get to drawing, it'll mostly just be implementing things into the already-written code.
So, next week may be mostly writing and programming progress.
However, the reason I'm saving up my health and posture is because during the next month I'll be aiming to finish a small VN project while working with a group for feedback! It'll be near impossible if I don't rest, and I don't know how much free time I'll have for chapter 3. So, the next updates may be small ones with mostly writing and programming updates, maybe music as well.
As always, thank you very much for reading the devlog! I hope it's not too much of a hindrance to deviate some time towards another project once again, but still I do the best I can with the health I have. So once again, thank you for sticking around!
