Version 1.01

Just uploaded a major editing pass and update:

• Fixed several instances of the text slipping into 2nd person narration
• Fixed several instances of tense disagreement
• It's becoming clear that Volume 2 needs to be renamed, so removed references to the old name
• Fixed a typo in the Acknowledgements

You should download the new version if you've gotten the old one.

As twenty-five of you already have.  I'm thrilled at the positive reception.

Here's to 100 copies - and if this reaches 100 copies, I'll do a major update with an appendix detailing the classes, peoples, and Gods of Mundus.
