Development for Stacked is officially underway! Thus far, standard movement/momentum/collision has been developed, as well as camera transitions, dashing/dodging, basic enemy AI, and the initial art for the player, enemies, and a couple tile sets.
In the future, the player and enemies may have certain values tweaked for things like speed, gravity, jump height, etc as the game is tested further to give it the best possible feeling flow. The style guide above is the one we've created to match the art style of the game to, aiming for a clean and simple pixel look to make quickly grasping new mechanics easier.
