Fix to restarting the game.
Restart options. Now you'll be able to choose between pressing R, for a full restart of the game. Pressing F, and only going back to the first level. This is also intended to be used to skip the tutorial.
Change to last tutorial text. The last bit of text in the tutorial now tells players they should press E to read the controls, due to some of the controls not being mentioned in the tutorial.
