That's right, I can confirm this has been playtested and there were some kinks, but I've kinkshamed them all away.
It's genuinely surprising how much challenge and how much relational map theory was involved in balancing this otherwise silly game. It actually took me a couple hours to solve a rather simple problem (I think I caused myself this problem by earlier realising it was too much work to balance the game and just hoping it would work if I simply didn't).
That said, it was fun to play. I successfully simulated the experience of being a 'surgeon' in name only, and doing procedures that would not possibly save a life IRL, and throwing a tool out the window while yelling "fuck, fuck..! No I needed that!". Exactly what the doctor ordered.
